Refund policy

If the catcher is not for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to explain why.

How to start a return: email us at the address on our contact page with your order number. We will reply with the return address.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

Items should come back in usable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened bag refills, but the catcher itself can be returned even if you have used it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is our error.

Damaged or wrong item: send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, no return needed.
