About your grass

Dog waste is dense in nitrogen and salts. Wherever it lands it scorches the roots, and that patch stays yellow for months no matter how quickly you pick it up afterwards.

Before you ask
Will my dog actually put up with this?
Almost always, yes. The ring sits behind them and never makes contact. Let your dog sniff the pole once or twice first and that is usually the entire introduction.
Do I need special bags?
No. The clamp holds any standard poop bag. The two larger bundles ship with our orange-scented rolls and a dispenser so you can start straight away, then refill from whatever brand you like.
How long is shipping?
Orders leave within 1–2 business days. US delivery usually lands in 5–9 business days, free on every order, no minimum.
Why did only part of my order turn up?
Because a bundle is real, separate items and they ship from different warehouses. The catcher, the bags and anything else you added travel on their own and can land a few days apart, each with its own tracking link. Nothing has gone missing — but if something is more than a few days behind the rest, email hello@dogpoopcatcher.store and we will chase it.
What if I do not like it?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No explanation needed.
